Caballero named SVP of Human Resources at NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Enterprises and Content

NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Enterprises and Content announced Enrique Caballero has been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources.  Caballero previously served as Vice President, Human Resources for Universal Studios Hollywood and will be based in Miami. He will report to Joe Uva, Chairman, Hispanic Enterprises and Content, NBCUniversal.

Caballero will serve as a key member of the Hispanic Enterprises and Content leadership team, providing strategic direction and tactical execution for all activities related to the Human Resources function. In his role, he will ensure that human resources initiatives and programs are aligned with the company’s priorities and lead a team of professionals to meet the growing demands of the organization in the rapidly growing U.S. Hispanic market.  Caballero will also manage organizational change initiatives and partner with senior leaders to create and support an inclusive environment focused on open communication, diversity and professional growth opportunities.

Caballero has held various positions within the NBCUniversal family since 2002.  He joins Hispanic Enterprises and Content from Universal Studios Hollywood, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources since 2013.  In this position, he developed and implemented a talent acquisition strategy to support Hollywood’s theme park expansion. Previously, Caballero was Vice President, Human Resources for NBC-owned TV station KNBC Los Angeles, and prior to that, was the Director, Human Resources for various Telemundo stations, including KTMD/KVDA in Houston, Texas; WNJU in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and KVEA/KWHY, as well as mun2 cable operations in Los Angeles, CA.
