Café Con America

Beginning in October, former CNN International Host Sasha Rionda will be anchoring a new Spanish-language television show called Café Con America.
Café Con America is an extension of theTV Show COFFEE WITH AMERICA (“CWA”), that is currently in national syndication, including running on WNYW-TV, (FOX) in New York, and WAGA-TV (FOX) in Atlanta, Ga.
Both Café Con America and Coffee with America will be hosted by Sasha Rionda.
“Sasha Rionda is well-known in the Hispanic Community and as the host for Coffee with America, in addition to her former role on CNN,” said Meredith Callan, Senior Executive Producer and Sales Manager for CWA. “Sasha is a versatile journalist who brings both professionalism and credibility to any project she’s involved in. It only makes sense that we would use her amazing talents for a Spanish version of the show.”
“We’re very excited to be able to fill a crucial need for public relations companies,” said Chuck Edmundson, owner of A-1 Broadcast. “We know that the Hispanic population is continuing to grow, providing an audience for Café Con America.”
Café Con America will announce a new network affiliation deal in the coming weeks, as well as an anchor affiliate station.
