The California Lottery Hispanic RFP.

The California Lottery (Lottery) is inviting proposal responses from advertising agencies to provide Spanish language advertising services for California’s Hispanic market and integrated communications services for all Lottery products with the objective of maximizing net revenue from Lottery sales for the benefit of California public education.

The Lottery will consider proposals from partnerships and joint ventures, including a creative advertising agency, media management firm, and/or PR firm. Agencies must have a minimum of two years of experience performing Spanish language advertising services; have a minimum of 30 employees and $7 million in annual revenue, and a minimum of 2% of the agency’s work product in digital marketing efforts.

This solicitation document is anticipated for release in January/February 2011 and will be available to download on the Lottery Website at www.calottery.com under Vendor Opportunities.
