Canales N To Distribute HTVN In 130 US Cities.

Hispanic Television Network, Inc. (HTVN) announced this morning that the company has signed a long-term distribution contract with International Cable Channels Partnership, Ltd. (dba International Channel Networks), owners of Canales n. Canales n is a digital package of Spanish-language cable television channels created to serve the growing Hispanic market in the United States.
This announcement dramatically strengthens HTVN’s distribution in the United States that includes both broadcast stations and cable. The announcement also marks the largest number of cities HTVN has reached in a single contract to date. The agreement will allow HTVN to be viewed in more than 130 cities including major cities Atlanta, Denver, San Jose, Hartford, Albuquerque, and Los Angeles.

He added, “International Channel Networks understands both the importance and the sensitivities of Hispanic viewers in the U.S. Our programming primarily serves Mexicans and Hispanics of Mexican descent. Our network has a Mexican identity that is culturally relevant for the majority of Hispanics in this country. The broadcasting industry has an obligation to offer choices to Hispanics and International Channel Networks is assisting us with that mission.”
