Canela.TV announces the integration María Alejandra Requena to Canela News

Canela.TV extends Canela News programming to 60 minutes with prominent presenter María Alejandra Requena.
The program will offer breaking news from around the world, with deeper coverage and a series of new segments designed to inform and serve the Hispanic community in the US and Latin America during this decisive election year, where the voice and the vote of the Latino community will be fundamental.
After the launch of the Canela.TV app in 2020, Canela News was the initial investment in original content, standing out as the first streaming platform for the Latin community in the United States to offer live news, free and in Spanish. Since then, it continues to lead in this regard, reaffirming its commitment to offering reliable and relevant information for the Hispanic community.
With 25 years of experience in television, and almost a decade as a national news anchor, Requena joins Canela News as its new anchor. Contributing her professionalism and dedication, she will have the support of the editorial team and an extensive network of correspondents in the US and Latin America. Requena will lead the way to a new dimension for Canela News. From Miami, it will offer clear and reliable coverage Monday through Friday at 6PM ET / 3PM PT, with repeats at 11PM ET / 8PM PT.
