Carbonell to receive Lifetime Achiever Award for 2007 from LISTA.

LISTA announced that it has selected Ms. Anna Carbonell as the recipient of the Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association (LISTA)

3rd Annual Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in broadcast journalism, for being a trailblazer in the broadcast industry and her life long commitment to the empowerment of the Hispanic community.

“I am humbled and honored to receive such a prestigious award from such a celebrated organization,” said Anna Carbonell, Vice President of Press and Public Affairs, WNBC and WNJU/Telemundo 47. “Not only does LISTA empower Latinos, but it positions Latinos to embrace the future in full partnership within the technology industry.”
