Casanova//McCann appoints Karla Acevedo-Chazaro as Chief Client & Operations Officer

Ingrid Otero-Smart, President/CEO of Casanova//McCann, announced the appointment of Karla Acevedo-Chazaro as EVP, Chief Client & Operations Officer, effective immediately.

Ms. Acevedo-Chazaro joined Casanova in 2010 as Account Director and became the Agency’s Chief Stewardship Officer in 2021. Ms. Acevedo started her career in her native Mexico and worked at various agencies there including McCann Worldgroup before moving to California to join Casanova//McCann.
