Castalia Communications expands its operations inn Mexico.

Expanding its executive team, Castalia Communications enlists the services of Gianfranco Arfinengo as Director, Mexico and Central America. Reporting directly to Marc Olivier, Vice President of Strategy and Development, Gianfranco will be responsible for distribution, advertising sales and marketing for the region.

Gianfranco has more than 25 years in advertising, marketing and business consulting in local and multinational companies. Previously, Gianfranco served as Marketing Director for Cablevision in Mexico, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of consumer marketing strategies. During this period, the company’s strategies achieved more than 100% increase in Internet sales performance and a 25% rise in television subscribers. As an executive for JWT Venezuela, JWT Colombia, JWT Mexico and JWT Peru, he led multiple new business ventures, increased sales and developed communications plans for such notable brands as Kelloggs, Phillips, Warner Lambert and Kimberly Clark, among other local and multinational clients.
