Los Angeles based Castells & Asociados has lost their US Hispanic assignments for Time Warner Cable.
Castells was the Corporate and Regional Hispanic AOR handling the Brand, Acquisition, media planning, buying, Partnership & Promotions, website and digital.

This is a significant loss for the agency according to industry insiders.
