Chambers, Lopez & Gaitan Launches With Political Win.

Having been the corner stones for the creation of ZGS Communications in Virginia, Lorena Chambers and Patricia Gaitan have left the agency and launched Chambers Lopez & Gaitan (CL&G).
Ms. Chamber and Ms. Gaitán had initially wanted to purchase ZGS Communications from owner Ron Gordon, who also owns and operates several radio and television station targeting Hispanics. According to insiders, the price being requested by Mr. Gordon far exceeded the true value of the agency.
The decision to leave the agency and launch their own agency was made easier with the new agency being awarded the Kerry Edwards account in the US Hispanic Market. Estimated total spending will be about $2 million this political year.
