Chrisanthopoulos Out @ Pappas Telecasting.

Pappas Telecasting Companies announced that it has accepted the voluntary resignation of Peter Chrisanthopoulos, President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective December 30, 2003. Additionally, Mr. Chrisanthopoulos has resigned from the company’s Board of Directors. When he became President and Chief Operating Officer three months ago, Mr. Chrisanthopoulos assumed some of the responsibilities previously held by Harry J. Pappas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pappas Telecasting. Mr. Pappas will now reassume the responsibilities that had been assigned to Mr. Chrisanthopoulos.

Mr. Pappas commented, “Given the strength and depth of our management team, we do not expect any disruption in the management, operation, and performance of our broadcast properties. We wish Peter all the best in his future endeavors.”
