Claudia Garcia Stone passes …….

Claudia was born June 24th, 1962, in Houston, Texas, to Claudio and Alicia Garcia. Claudia was a Houstonian graduating from Lamar High School. She worked for Tichenor Media System at KLAT AM and KLTN FM for over thirteen years from 1981 to 1994, where she met, fell in love with, and married her husband, Gary Stone. Claudia played a pivotal role in Gary’s career, supporting his work and entertaining clients and friends with joy. Claudia held all her family so near and dear to her heart, loving them with all that she was. Always caring for everyone, Claudia was a truly giving person, more concerned with others than with herself.

Claudia is preceded in death by her father, Claudio; mother, Alicia; sister, Idalia; brother, Raymond; and sister, Maria. Claudia is survived by her husband, Gary Stone; her sister, Adela Chance, and her husband, Eugene; their sons, Nicholas and Arron Chance; her nephew, John Michael Cruz; and her brother, Juan Claudio Garcia, his wife, Iryna; her daughter, Ilona; and his son, Anthony. Stepsons: Brian Stone and wife Holly, Brandon Stone and his wife Lyndee, and Garrett Stone and his wife Jennifer. Grandchildren Julia, Sam, Grayson, and Haylie Stone. Step-Grand Children Mikaella Paez and Michelle Kennard. Special thanks to our caregivers helping Claudia in the last months, Josselyn Nurillo, Tami Cruz, and Norma Lozano.

Claudia was a beautiful, loving, and gracious woman who will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and spending time with her.
