Clear Channel & Televisa Form Strategic Alliance With Unipro Group.

Vivelo, the U.S. Joint Venture between Clear Channel Entertainment and Mexico City-based Televisa, will form a strategic alliance with Miami-based Unipro Group.

The national presence of Clear Channel and Televisa assets, combined with the strong execution and creative services of Unipro will insure that we are delivering the highest quality programs to our clients, and to our Hispanic audiences coast-to-coast”, said Gregory Hagglund, Executive Vice President/CEO of Vivelo.

This is a concerted effort to extend the reach of nationwide tours of Spanish-speaking musical artists and other live events targeting U.S. Hispanics. The exciting combination of Unipro Group, Televisa and Clear Channel Entertainment will maximize marketing, promotional & sponsorship efforts by creating multi-market events & tours, cross-selling opportunities, client programs, and development of co-promotional efforts.

Some of the current programs the firms will be working on include; the exclusive U.S. tour of Chayanne, and tours with Alejandro Sanz, Enrique Iglesias, as well as the exclusive representation in the United States of the premiere Mexican Soccer team, Club America.
