Comcast Adds Azteca America To Cable Line-Up In Dallas.

Comcast officials announced that they are expanding the cable lineup with the addition of Azteca America in the Dallas area. A subsidiary of the second-largest producer of Spanish language television programming in the world, Azteca America is a 24-hour network featuring novellas, news, sports and entertainment. Azteca America produces more than 8,000 hours of original programming each year, including two daily news shows, a range of entertainment and reality shows and the popular first division Mexican Soccer League. KODF-TV is Azteca’s Dallas affiliate and their programming will be located on Comcast’s Standard Cable service.

“Comcast is very excited to add Azteca America to the Dallas area,” said Comcast’s Area Vice President Mike Cleland. “We are pleased to provide programming that reflects the diverse cultures and interests of our customers.”
