Complexity is fear.

Complexity is fear.

It’s hiding behind layers so as not to omit an opinion.

In our industry that is applauded.
It’s called “sophistication.”
It’s called a “strategy.”
It’s called “360 integration.”

But many times it’s just a fancy way of not deciding.

Because deciding hurts.
To decide is to renounce.
It is taking sides.
It is to make someone uncomfortable.

And in creativity,
The uncomfortable is where the truth lives.

At Miami Ad School Punta Cana
we do not teach how to produce noise.
We teach you to take a stand.

We do not train our students
to fill pages.
We train them to sustain an idea.

One.

The one that resists questions.
The one that can be explained in one sentence.
The one that doesn’t need twenty slides to exist.

When a student comes in with something unnecessarily complex,
We don’t ask for more layers.
We ask for clarity.
We ask for your intention.
We ask for your criteria.

Because simplicity is not creative poverty.
It is intellectual courage.

Today, with AI generating infinite options,
The temptation to hide in abundance
is greater than ever.
But we repeat the same thing:

AI is not an advantage.
Your criteria are.

And the criterion is demonstrated when you are able to simplify without trivializing.
To choose without hesitation.
To say “this is”
and sustain it.

Complexity can impress.
Simplicity transforms.

And that’s what we teach.
