Saatchi & Saatchi announced the operational restructuring of its U.S. Hispanic markets agency, Conill, to maximize its potential within this growing ethnic marketing segment. Conill, a pioneer in advertising to Hispanics, will join forces with Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, the Latin American advertising network to become the Latinos “Ideas Company.”

The move combines Conill’s unparalleled knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic market with Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi’s world-class, award-winning creative expertise. This uncommon alliance breaks away from the typical model of Hispanic agencies operating independently or as an appendage to general market agencies.

Veteran Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi executive Cynthia McFarlane will assume the position of Managing Director of Conill. She will be stationed in the agency’s newly created Miami office, which joins its existing offices in New York and Los Angeles. Ms. McFarlane most recently headed Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi’s Miami office. She has also held several executive posts at Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi headquarters in Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, Ms. McFarlane was a Regional Franchise Director for OTC medications at Johnson & Johnson.
