Consumer Reports & Univision Interactive Media launch Purchasing Advice to Hispanic Community.

Consumer Reports and Univision Interactive Media, Inc.announced a new venture that will provide Hispanic consumers with broader access to Consumer Reports’ unbiased and objective buying advice through Univision.com.

The two organizations have agreed to offer all the content available on ConsumerReportsenEspanol.org through the popular Univision.com web site. Previously, only limited amounts of Consumer Reports content were available through Univision.com.
The collaboration brings together Consumer Reports, the most trusted name in product testing and reporting, and the digital division of the premier U.S. Spanish-language media company, Univision Communications Inc.

For the first time, Univision.com users will be able to access content from the writers and editors of the respected Consumer Reports magazine directly from the “Servicios” (Services) section on Univision.com’s homepage. The new content includes Consumer Reports’ purchasing information, valuable shopping tips and product trends in Spanish. In line with Consumer Reports policy, the new section on Univision.com will be free of commercial advertisements.
