Cook named Publisher of RUMBO.

Founder Edward Schumacher Matos also announced that after seeing through the transition he is stepping down as Chairman and CEO and that Lynne Cook, the current Vice President for Sales, will be named Publisher.
Schumacher Matos, a prominent international journalist and newspaper industry executive, will remain an advisor and a major individual shareholder.
RUMBO also announced that its Houston and San Antonio papers will publish weekly rather than 3 times a week, beginning this week. The transition builds on the success of the existing RUMBO weekly in the Rio Grande Valley.
