Corona Extra Signs Roselyn Sánchez For “Verano al Ritmo de Corona” Promotion.

Corona Extra importer The Gambrinus Company will spice up its “Verano al Ritmo de Corona” (“Summer to the Rhythm of Corona”) Hispanic-market promotion this year with Latin talent Roselyn Sánchez – model, singer and star of the new Latin comedy “Chasing Papi.” Corona’s event is sure to be tropical and hot!
The July -September promotion in Miami, New York City, D.C., Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and Philadelphia includes a consumer sweepstakes to win an all-expenses-paid trip to a televised Latin music concert hosted by Roselyn Sánchez in Miami in September. Corona Extra is partnering with Mun2 to televise the Miami concert, featuring Jon Secada, the new Miami Sound Machine, Rabanes, Gian Marco and Shalim; all from the Estefan Enterprises label Crescent Moon.
Mun2 will take its popular live music show “The Roof” to “Verano al Ritmo de Corona” parties at trendy Hispanic clubs in the seven markets. Mun2 will tape these events, featuring hosts Feliz Sama and Julissa and the Roof Dancers, to air as specials during the summer. Local Spanish-language radio stations will promote the Corona/Mun2 events with ticket giveaways.
A full line-up of on- and off-premise POS supporting the “Verano al Ritmo de Corona” promotion will feature Sánchez. Other promotion elements include online support at therooftv.com and on urbanlatino.com.
