d exposito & partners lands Census 2010.

With hectic cyberaction and phones ringing back and forth, the news of a possible Census 2010 account shift has created an earthquake reaction in the US Hispanic advertising industry.

According to ThinkMulticultural.com, DraftFCB has assigned the majority of the Hispanic portion of the 2010 Census account to New York based d exposito & partners.

Leaders of the agency including Daisy Exposito-Ulla, handled the US Census 2000 account when they lead The Bravo Group till their departure.

Global Hue Latino apparently had been chosen for the multicultural work as part of a subcontract between Global Hue and DraftFCB. The Census 2010 account is estimated at $200 million Expenditures for the Hispanic portion have not been provided. The RFP apparently involved eight Hispanic shops. No news of any FCB Hispanic shop that were involved including Siboney USA.

None of the partners of d exposito & partners returned calls.
