¡BIENVENIDO, TONY!

Today, I’m happy to announce the association to d expósito & Partners of Antonio (Tony) Ruiz, a respected marketing specialist, who is joining the agency assuming the new post of Chief Growth Officer.

While easily described as a proven marketer with ample experience in the U. S. Hispanic Market, Tony is a multi-disciplinary professional whose hands have touched various disciplines with agencies and brands throughout a successful career in the ever-growing multicultural arena.

Starting as a fresh out-of-college hire at historic Conill/Saatchi & Saatchi, he distinguished himself playing a leading role at the once highly regarded The Vidal Partnership. Tony has also worked on the client’s side, including McDonald’s Corporation. Functioning as a consultant over the recent past, Tony provided a key contribution to the U.S. Census Bureau at VML Young & Rubicam.

It’s energizing to have Tony join us. His thought leadership addition takes place at an exciting point of inflection for dex. He will work on various initiatives with Partners and Team while placing dominant energy and focus on growth, as well as developing projects and methodologies to take advantage of where our agency stands today. We are poised to help our client-partners continue thriving even more, and d expósito & Partners is destined and determined to keep on growing in a sustained way. Tony will report to me and Jorge Ulla.

Tony’s vast experience in award-winning work includes a sweep of various categories of iconic brands such as Heineken, Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Sprint, HomeDepot, and Nissan, among others. His overarching experience includes operations, strategy definition, production and client services.

The proud son of parents of Cuban and Dominican origins, he was born and raised in NYC’s Washington Heights neighborhood. Tony lives in Brooklyn with his wife Roxana. He is the proud parent of three daughters.

On behalf of the Team and the Partners, who count Tony as a friend, we welcome Tony Ruiz to d expósito & Partners.
