Despierta América – Copa Mundial 2018-2022.

Univision Network will pre-empt its regularly scheduled programming to offer a live broadcast of FIFA’s announcement of the selected host nations for the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cup tournaments. “Despierta América: Selección de las Sedes – Copa Mundial 2018-2022” (Wake Up America: Decision on Hosts – 2018-2022 FIFA World Cup) will be bringing viewers across the U.S. all the details of the event straight from Zurich, Switzerland as the world awaits the much-anticipated decision.  Univision fútbol experts Pablo Ramírez and Jesús Bracamontes will join “Despierta América” hosts Raúl González, Karla Martínez, Alfonso “Poncho” de Anda and Neida Sandoval to offer expert commentary and background information on the FIFA World Cup bidding process, while “República Deportiva’s” (Sports Republic) Fernando Fiore will be in Zurich, Switzerland to offer details as events unfold.
