Dial B will launches as a creative shop for the US Hispanic and the Latin American market.

Victor Zeiris and Nathalie Jaspar— bilingual advertising executives who previously worked at agencies such as Grey, Saatchi and KBS+—announced the launch of Dial B, an agency specialized in beauty advertising for Latinas.

Dial B will offer a wide range of services, including total market consultation, insight hunting, campaign ideation social media and digital content, and portfolio management.

“There are close to 100 Hispanic agencies operating currently in the US, yet for them beauty is just an afterthought,” notes Jaspar, the shop’s Creative Strategist and Partner, who has handled accounts such as Pantene and L’Oréal. “There is little original work being generated, and therefore few creative talents have the know-how.”

“This is an untapped market and we are bringing the best combination of global expertise and local knowledge to offer breakthrough ideas to our clients,” explains Zeiris, Creative Director and Partner. Zeiris has handled accounts such as Garnier, Lancôme and Pantene.

Dial B will be based in New York. In addition to the U.S. Hispanic market, the agency will serve Latin American clients.

“We have worked in the region extensively, collaborating with women, beauty bloggers, and media outlets from all over Latin America, and getting to know their unique sense of beauty,” says Zeiris.  “We also got the chance to build a strong network of providers experienced in producing beauty and doing it efficiently,” adds Jaspar.
