Dieste adds Strategic Consumer Interception and Brand Leader professionals.

Dieste Inc., has hired Gavin Twigger as Executive Director of Interception and Luciana Gomez as Executive Director of Brand Leadership.
Both join the agency at the same time, but not by coincidence. “Gavin and Luciana will work side by side with planning to deliver innovative cross platform solutions to our clients”, says Melisa Quinoy, CEO of Dieste.
As head of Interception, Twigger will lead the direct marketing, promotions, digital and media teams. “Gavin brings a unique strategic approach to creative, direct-to-consumer digital and traditional marketing. His insight-building approach will engage both prospects and customers for the agency’s diverse client and consumer needs”, says Aldo Quevedo, president of Dieste.
With over 20 years experience and a veteran of Omnicom agencies, Gavin has created successful campaigns for leading brands such as Bank of America, Best Buy, Discovery Channel, HP, P&G, Sony PlayStation, Toyota and most recently as Executive Creative Director at Rapp Collins and Targetbase, for Cricket Wireless and Honda Acura.
Luciana Gomez, also a veteran of Omnicom, with more than 12 years of experience in the advertising industry will direct the brand leadership teams. Ensuring that all work is developed with the strategic framework and creative standards of the agency, while reinforcing current client partnerships and continue to bring “best in class” leadership to the agency.
“Luciana’s ability to bond and rally the creative, planning and media departments assures consistency across the building process of a successful communications campaign”, says Quevedo.
Luciana’s experience as group Account Director at Latinworks, won her numerous awards for clients such as, Hyundai, US Cellular, A&E Networks, Mars and the Texas Lottery to name a few. Some of her most recent efforts as VP/Group Account Director at GlobalHue include the development of multicultural communications for Subway Restaurants and the 2010 Census Campaign.
