TXU Energy, a retail electricity provider in Texas, has selected Texas-based Dieste Inc. as its Hispanic advertising agency. Effective immediately, Dieste will manage the brand strategy and creative duties for the Hispanic US market.
The agency won the account based on its unique marketing methods for developing communication platforms and its deep experience in the service segments.
“As a partner, we believe we can bring a lot of value to TXU Energy because of our in-depth knowledge and experience with Hispanic consumers,” said Greg Knipp, Dieste’s CEO. According to Knipp, Dieste has extensive experience with companies in the service segment, such as AT&T and Nationwide. “We develop unique communications platforms that help service companies connect with the consumer in a more relevant way. And we have been very successful according to our current clients, so I’m sure it won’t be different with TXU Energy,” said Knipp.
“We are thrilled to work for a company that has such a great story to tell,” said Tony Dieste, chairman of Dieste. “With its increased focus on innovative products and customer service, we look forward to helping TXU bring great energy solutions to key consumer segments.”
