Dodge & Terra.com Ram Pick-up Contest – A truck even clowns like to drive!

Dodge Ram is putting together a truck giveaway contest through its internet advertising efforts in terra.com. The internet effort comes out of DaimlerChrysler’s West Business Center in Irvine and has been planned and executed by GlobalHue’s Irvine office. Consumers who go to terra.com will find on-line banners that will let them enter the contest simply by voting for their favorite Dodge vehicle.

Patricia Romero, California Marketing Manager for DaimlerChrysler in the West oversees the effort from a client stand point and explains that “With the meteoric increase in internet usage among Latinos we felt obligated to add to our national efforts by providing a more comprehensive solution to consumers seeking for vehicle information on the web; our efforts with terra.com are providing just that.”

GlobalHue’s VP, Account Director Enrique Turegano explains that “The effort is California specific and was created to enhance the national Hispanic internet advertising plan in this important market. Consumers can find detail information in Spanish about their favorite Dodge vehicle, and at the same time sign up to possibly win a new Dodge Ram 1500.” At a recent Halloween-themed Dodge test drive in Los Angeles Dodge Ram 1500 was selected by all that attended, including the clowns, as their favorite Dodge vehicle.

The Dodge terra.com site can be accessed by logging into www.terra.com and then clicking on the Dodge banners…but only if you reside in California!
