Mundo Hispano Digital Network announced Ken Domenech will join the company as chief financial officer effective immediately. The move is part of MHDN’s plans to continue its transformation into a diversified business, with growth fueled primarily by the success of its flagship media property, MundoHispanico.com.
“Ken is a highly skilled, seasoned professional, whose business acumen and accomplishments across industries are perfectly suited to take our company to the next level,” said MHDN President and CEO Rene Alegria. “We are fortunate for his arrival in this critical phase of our development.”
Prior to joining MHDN, Domenech was director of finance at First Data Corporation. He has held senior financial and operational leadership roles in FinTech, software and telecommunications with several organizations including DolEx, Global Payments, and Sprint. Strategic planning, corporate development, operations, consulting and international business, especially in Latin American and Caribbean markets, are among his areas of expertise.
“MHDN’s top notch executive team and their keen insights into the Latino market signal a very bright future for this legacy media company,” said Domenech. “It is a dream job to be part of this team, serving this community and to build on MHDN’s strong connection with this rapidly growing segment of the U.S. population.”
