EFFIE’s Most Effective Hispanic Ads & Marketing Efforts.

Winners in the Hispanic category of the EFFIE Awards were announced at a ceremony in New York. EFFIE Awards, are an award program that recognizes effective advertising and marketing campaigns that have achieved market place results, are presented by the New York American Marketing Association each year.

Lápiz USA, a division of Leo Burnett USA, based in Chicago, won a Gold EFFIE for InBev USA’s “Lo Auténtico Se Reconoce” campaign for Tecate and a Silver EFFIE for The Kellogg’s Company for Kellogg’s Special K’s “Ode to Hispanic Women” campaign.

Conill, based in New York, took home a Bronze EFFIE for its “New Friends” campaign for Pampers on behalf of client-partner Procter & Gamble. Another Chicago-based agency, La Agencia de Orci & Asociados, won a Bronze EFFIE for client-partner Allstate Insurance Company’s “As? Piensa Allstate” campaign.

“This year’s EFFIE winners reflect strong strategic and creative partnerships between clients and agencies,” said Mary Lee Keane, Executive Director of the New York American Marketing Association. “This balance is essential to reach consumers in a rapidly changing marketing landscape.”
