El Arca (The Ark), a new Hispanic communications agency based in Los Angeles has launched offering companies opportunities for their brands to connect and building buzz with Hispanic consumers. El Arca services include ad production for television, radio, print and digital, media planning and buying, and multicultural and globalization solutions.

The agency, headed by Argentine creative executive Guillermo Lucero Funes, also plans to offer clients substantial benefits for their production budgets. “Companies looking to maximize their ad dollars can now reach a wider audience more effectively,” says Lucero Funes. In addition to producing unrivaled and fresh ideas, El Arca’s media-buying partnership with Wingman has the leverage to maximize all media investments.

“With Sit ‘n Sleep we are developing new creative for next quarter that will include TV spots, radio and digital,” adds Lucero Funes.

Also part of the team is Arturo Garcia, whose experience includes brands such as: Kia, Universal Studios Time Warner Cable, Honda, Allstate, Verizon, Dryers Ice Cream, Splenda, Aqua Velva, among others

“New mediums can’t be ignored any longer by Hispanic agencies. We live in a world where it’s becoming more difficult to reach out to our audiences with conventional tools,” adds Garcia.
