Azte Pa’cá is a two-hour weekly mix of music performances, interviews, sketches and heartfelt tales that bring high profile artists together with invited guests who share their stories and dreams, laugh, cry, sing, dance and simply have a great time – connecting. Azte Pacá will be televised nationally on Azteca América.

El Cucuy will interview a slate of well-known artists that include: Cristian Castro and Lupillo Rivera as well as guests who will share their personal stories. The show will also premiere entertainment, human-interest stories and real cases.

“With Azte Pacá we will become the refreshing new alternative in Spanish-language television on Saturday nights,” said Harry Abraham-Castillo, Executive Vice President of Programming and Production. “With the arrival of Renán to Azteca América we now have a great primetime vehicle to empower our community, to defend the underdog, to protect the rights of our immigrant viewership and to become a much needed voice for the Hispanic community.”

Labeled as one of the most creative and humorous radio hosts, as an “on-air psychologist,” as a poet and as a defender of the poor; “El Cucuy,” has donated millions of dollars through his humanitarian efforts in the U.S., Mexico and Central America.

“After a long search, I have found the ideal home to create better entertainment alternatives on behalf of the Hispanic community,” said El Cucuy. “I am honored to call Azteca América my new home.”
