El Ojo de Iberoamérica awarded the Bests of the region.

A new edition of El ojo de Iberoamérica is already over, and its tenth anniversary was celebrated all around the region. Del Campo Nazca S&S was recognized again as the Best Agency of Iberoamérica. Hernán Ponce, from VOP was chosen as Best Creative Director; Unilever Argentina, as Best Advertiser; Landia was awarded for the Best Production Company; Armando Bo from Rebolución, as Best Advertising Film Director, and BBDO received the award for Best Media Network.
El Ojo de Iberoamérica concluded its tenth edition with a party that no one missed.
The International Festival was visited by hundreds of creative directors, executives, journalists, and students, of the advertising environment from the region that celebrated the ten years of the event.
For the third time, Del Campo Nazca S&S reached the top of the region, winning the “Gran Ojo” for Best Agency, as well as in the last year`s and 2001 editions.
Although these last four years, Pablo Del Campo´s agency went through important changes in the creative department, his works haven´t lost the strength that characterizes them.
Hernán Ponce, general creative director at Vegaolmosponce, was recognized as the Best Creative Director of the region.
Ponce`s relevant experience includes dealing with prestiguos brands, such as Unilever, a client that showed how creativity and efficiency can produce a perfect combination.
Like this, Unilever Argentina has consagrated as Best Advertiser of the Region, due to the efforts they make day after day in order to get more consumers with agencies such as Vegaolmosponce, Santo Buenos Aires, JWT and Ogilvy.
Landia, the argentine production Company, known all around the world that was awarded as Best Production Company twice before (El Ojo 2004 and 2006), was also recognized in that same category this year.
The company of the talented Andy Fowgill was responsable for almost 12 awards as Best Cinema/Tv Spots.
Armando Bo, took the award for Best Advertising Film Director, demonstrating his talent in direction next to Lemon of the campaign “Volvimos”, at VOP for “Impulso” , which conquered in this iberoamerican festival`s edition, the “Gran Ojo” for Best Commercial.
