Grupo Televisa and EMI are creating a joint venture using EMI’s record library and artists to sell records in the USA and Mexico.
The joint venture will be called Televisa EMI Music in Mexico and EMI Televisa Music in the US. Televisa Music’s director Rodolfo Lopez-Negrete will manage both companies.
