Emilio Azcarraga Jean Becoming A U.S. Citizen?

According to an article in the Wall Street Journal last week, Emilio Azcarraga Jean – CEO of Grupo Televisa SA is considering becoming a U.S. citizen to increase their opportunities in the U.S. media environment.
After several past attempts to increase their stake in Univision with little success. Having a U.S. citizenship would enable Emilio Azcarraga Jean to acquire more U.S. based media properties and increase his ownership without government restrictions.
One option discussed was his interest in potentially acquiring shares in Entravision Communications.
