The program, hosted by a talented cast led by Francisco “Paco” Galvez, Naranjito Jorge Velasquez, Hyacinth and Juan Manuel Navarro, began airing on Entravision’s Los Angeles, California Super Estrella 107.1 FM on September 15, 2014.

“At Entravision, we have an extensive and growing offering of multiplatform content and are always looking for new and innovative programming to bring to the Latino communities we serve. This exciting program will be distributed on multiple media platforms including radio, mobile and digital, capitalizing on our ability to reach Latinos across mediums,” said Matt Cardenas, SVP Integrated Marketing Solutions for Entravision in Los Angeles. “The addition of this new program format and lineup further demonstrates that Entravision is a leader in providing multiplatform content to Latino audiences both locally and nationally. We are always working to enhance our media platforms with popular formats and fresh talent to attract new listeners, which allows us to better connect advertisers with the growing Latino consumer market place.”

Airing weekday mornings, Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., LA’s Mañanitas is a unique combination of captivating entertainment news with the biggest hits in Latin pop and rock music on Los Angeles’s first and only Spanish-language contemporary hit radio station. LA’s Mañanitas will be part of a completely immersive experience for listeners, with a strong presence on-air, in addition to online, and via social media, where hosts will post continuously and chat throughout the entire broadcast. The program is revolutionizing Spanish-language radio by introducing the first morning show featuring gossip and breaking celebrity news delivered with hilarious commentary. Hosted by paparazzi and led by listener reporting, LA’s Mañanitas will also deliver special reports from Miami, FL and Mexico City newshubs, so that the audience will hear the top news stories on Super Estrella first. With blitz entertainment coverage, LA’s Mañanitas will quickly be the king of gossip radio in Los Angeles.

“We’re the first radio station to bring in paparazzi from Latin America and break the exclusive celebrity stories in a prime-time morning show,” said Nestor Rocha, Vice President of Programming for Entravision and Program Director for Super Estrella 107.1. “With its unique blitz entertainment coverage, Super Estrella is poised to become the king of gossip radio in LA and the market’s top Latino celebrity news source!”
