Entravision Launches Two New TeleFutura Affiliates.

Entravision Communications Corporation announced that it has acquired television stations KVTF-CA and KTFV-CA serving the McAllen-Brownsville, Texas market and television station KETF-CA serving the Laredo, Texas market from Zavaletta Broadcasting Group, LLC. All three stations will carry TeleFutura network programming, the first stations to carry the network in both markets, giving Entravision TeleFutura affiliates in 18 of its 23 Univision-affiliated
markets.
Additionally, as part of a five-market agreement between Entravision and Time Warner Cable, the new TeleFutura affiliates will be launched on the local Time Warner Cable systems in McAllen-Brownsville and Laredo by April 1, 2005, along with Entravision-owned TeleFutura affiliates in San Diego and Palm Springs, California and Corpus Christi, Texas. KVTF-CA and KTFV-CA will be located on channel 20 and KETF-CA will be located on channel 77 in their respective markets.

Entravision also owns television station KNVO-TV UNIVISION Channel 48 and radio stations KKPS-FM 99.5 Que Pasa, KNVO-FM 101.1 Oye! KVLY-FM 107.9 The Mix and KFRQ-FM 94.5 The Rock in the McAllen-Brownsville market and television station KLDO-TV UNIVISION Channel 27 in the Laredo market.
