Estrella TV to debut on Verizon FiOS TV in Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Estrella TV launches June 19 on Verizon FiOS TV in Maryland, northern Virginia and Washington D.C. The agreement with Verizon comes at a time when Estrella TV has been regularly placing third in national prime-time ratings among the U.S. Hispanic networks in the 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. time slot.
“We are excited to move into the mid-Atlantic region with Verizon FiOS, which has been a big supporter of Estrella TV and the Hispanic community in other markets. Verizon FiOS TV has a large presence in Maryland, northern Virginia and Washington, and we are very happy that we will now be able to deliver Estrella TV on FiOS TV,” said Winter Horton, chief operating officer of LBI Media, Estrella TV’s parent company.
