EstrellaTV to premiere ‘UN DIA PARA VIVIR’

EstrellaTV, the national broadcast television network of leading Spanish-language multiplatform media company Estrella Media, is premiering the successful scripted anthology series Un Día Para Vivir (One Day to Live) on Monday, July 18 at 7 p.m. The primetime series will air Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m./6 p.m. to 7 p.m. CT. The anthology series asks if you had only one day to re-do your life decisions, what would you? This scripted co-production with TV Azteca weaves the decisions and magnificence of life into a one-hour drama.

“Un Día Para Vivir is a fresh, fascinating, and fun addition to our summer lineup,” said Ivan Stoilkovich, EVP, TV Content, Estrella Media. “The show is centered around the timeless question: ‘What would you do if you had one day to go back in time and change your mind before dying?’ Un Día Para Vivir tries to answer this question in an intriguing series with an all-star cast that will be a great summer watch.”

In Un Día Para Vivir, Death (portrayed by Maria José Magán from REFLEJO and Atrapada) appears to people warning them that they have one day to solve the issues they are battling before they die. Then, with the clock ticking, reminding them how precious time is, she attempts to guide them on how to resolve their conflicts before time is up.

The series cast includes recognized Mexican actors Silvia Pasquel (Dale Gas, Tres Familias), Mauricio Islas (La Mujer de mi Vida, Rosario Tijeras), Andrea Noli (No Manches Frida 2, Entreolivos), Sergio Kleiner (Sweet Challenge, Cita a Ciegas), Ana Ciocchetti (La Reina del Sur, La Herencia), Stephanie Salas (Como Dice el Dicho, The House of Flowers), Tomás Goros (Paquita la del Barrio, Blue Demon), Isabella Camil (El Pantera, Vencer el Desamor), and Pedro Sicard (Amor Dividido, Silvia Pinal…Frente a Ti).
