EstrellaTV’S ‘ALARMA TV’ expands to ONE-HOUR

EstrellaTV, the award-winning Spanish language broadcast and streaming network of Estrella Media, is expanding its nightly news magazine series Alarma TV to one hour starting Monday, September 4, at 10 p.m./9 p.m. CT.

The show will also add two new segments: the insightful entertainment segment “Luces, Cámara…¡Alarma!” and the true crime investigative report “La Unidad del Crimen.”

“Luces, Cámara…¡Alarma!” will air weekly on Wednesdays and will be hosted by Said Garcia, who also co-hosts Estrella Media’s top rated radio morning show, Don Cheto Al Aire. “Luces” will focus on topical news, real-time celebrity revelations, and shocking current situations in pop culture.

“La Unidad del Crimen” will air weekly on Fridays. The Alarma TV team will investigate real crimes and their resolution and legal outcomes, as well as unsolved crimes, including ones identified by fans of the show. The first segment on September 8 will focus on the abduction of a Vallejo, CA 8-year-old girl in 2000 by a convicted serial killer and rapist.

Alarma TV is hosted by Lianna Grethel and Nour Milla and produced by Marla Greene.
