EURO 2004 Matches @ Fox Sports en Español.

Starting Monday, June 14, Fox Sports World and Fox Sports en Español will televise five matches of the Euro 2004 starting with Denmark and Italy at 12:00 p.m. Eastern/9:00 a.m. Pacific, live from D. Afonso Henriques stadium in Guimaraes, Portugal. Both channels will also televise all quarterfinals, semi-finals and the final on delay.

The UEFA European Championship began in 1960 as a four-team tournament, and in 2000 expanded to a current field of sixteen teams. Now in its twelfth edition, the UEFA European Championship is played every four years, most recently in 2000, where France defeated Italy to win their second title.

Thierry Henry, coming off one of the most impressive seasons in English Premier League history, will lead France in defense of their European championship title. This year, Henry will look to build on his offensive performance four years ago, when he led the French squad in scoring with three goals. If France wins, they tie Germany who last won the Euro in 1996, with three European Championship titles.
