FCC clears Sirius XM expansion in Puerto Rico.

According to Inside Radio, when the satellite radio companies were seeking to build support for their merger last year, there was pressure from congressional members with large Puerto Rican constituencies to step-up service to the commonwealth. Now the FCC is giving Sirius XM permission to put in 20 repeaters.
