Fiesta Atlanta on May 6, 2007.

Lanza Group, LLC announced the creation of Fiesta Atlanta, a Hispanic themed Cinco de Mayo celebration set to premier on Sunday, May 6th, 2007 at Centennial Olympic Park. The Festival will run from 10am through 7pm and feature local and national musical acts performing on the park’s main stage as well as children’s entertainment performed on the children’s stage. Additionally, an artist’s market and food from many Latin American countries will be part of the festival.

Arturo Samayoa, Lanza Group Vice President & Creative Director announced, “Atlanta is one of the fastest growing Hispanic markets in the country; this region deserves a first-class Hispanic festival in a world class location like Centennial Olympic Park in the heart of this vibrant city. We are thrilled to be able to bring what will undoubtedly become the Southeast’s largest Cinco de Mayo celebration to Atlanta.” Mr. Samayoa continued, “Fiesta Atlanta will collaborate with Entertainment Design Group, Inc (EDG) for logistical and technical support. We are very fortunate to have a company of EDG’s stature and experience in the entertainment industry working with us. EDG has produced some of the South’s largest entertainment events for over 17 years.”
