Fidelity National Financial, Inc. announced the appointment of Andrea Debnam as Multicultural Marketing Manager for the Pacific Northwest Region. She will also be responsible for education and outreach initiatives to increase homeownership for the rapidly growing Latino, Asian and African-American populations in that area.
“The population growth in the Pacific Northwest region parallels that of the nation and Fidelity National Financial is proud to focus more resources to promote homeownership in these three market segments,” said Brad London, Executive Vice President and Regional Manager.
“We are pleased to have Andrea join the Multicultural Marketing Division,” said Pablo Wong, Senior Vice President for Market Development. “Andrea’s experience and proven abilities in business development and cultural competency make her a valuable addition to the Fidelity team and will greatly benefit the customers and communities we serve.”
Debnam, who will be located in Seattle, is eager to expand Fidelity’s consumer outreach, educational opportunities and specialized programs in communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. She said, “I’m excited and honored to join a company who is a clear leader in the real estate industry. Most of all, I am proud to be a part of a team whose vision is to increase home ownership in underserved markets.”
Debnam has 10 years experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry. Prior to joining FNF, she worked for Fidelity National Title and for HOST Development International, a Portland-based real estate development company. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a tremendous passion in helping to close the homeownership gap in underserved communities by participating in organizations such as the Portland Housing Center (PHC), the African-American Alliance for Homeownership, the Latino Home Initiative and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Portland-Vancouver Chapter, where she serves as Vice President.
