Foster Farms & Lifetime TV @ The Bravo Group.

The Bravo Group was awarded business from Foster Farms and Lifetime Television, basic cable’s top-rated women’s television network back in 3rd Q of 2004 and will begin executing for their clients in 2005.

“These are interesting new partnerships with two brands seeking a greater presence in Hispanic households,” said Gary Bassell, Chairman & CEO, The Bravo Group. “Foster Farms is a highly-visible, respected household brand and Lifetime Television is a top basic cable network seeking an expansion of its success,” noted Bassell.

Bravo’s responsibilities for Foster Farms, a family-run business that has been around since 1939, include strategic planning, research, creative development and production. The account was previously held by Anita Santiago Advertising in LA.

Foster Farms’ new 2005 advertising campaign will begin airing on both general market and Spanish language media in multiple West Coast markets in early May. The multi-media Hispanic component of the campaign, developed in close collaboration between Y&R San Francisco and The Bravo Group, promotes Foster Farms’ fresh chicken product as always pure and high-quality. “Bravo has excellent experience in developing advertising which truly resonates with our very important Hispanic customer base. We are excited about our new relationship with Bravo,” said Dave Schanzer, Foster Farms’ Group Vice President.

Bravo also has been selected by Lifetime Television, basic cable’s top-rated women’s television network, as its Hispanic agency of record. Bravo is handling all creative and media planning, and is responsible for the development and implementation of Hispanic communications plans.

“Over the past few years, we’ve steadily expanded our presence in the Hispanic community. Now we want to take it to the next level. By partnering with The Bravo Group, an acknowledged leader in this field, we’ll raise the visibility of our award-winning programming and public advocacy campaigns to this very important, affluent and growing segment of our population,” said Tom Hanft, Sr. Vice President, Marketing/Advertising & Promotions, Lifetime Television.

With integrated media and creative, Bravo will promote Lifetime Television’s brand positioning and original programming. In 2005, Lifetime Television will premiere an exciting slate of new programming including the upcoming Lifetime Original Movies Lies My Mother Told, Mom at Sixteen and Odd Girl Out as well as a new reality series I Married A Princess premiering this spring.
