Galavisión 2004 – 2005.

Univision Communications Inc. unveiled the Galavisión Network’s 2004-2005 lineup during its Upfront presentation at New York’s Lincoln Center.

“As the undisputed Spanish-language cable network of choice, Galavisión’s fantastic success has been fueled by the immense popularity of its Spanish-language programming,” said Ray Rodriguez, President and Chief Operating Officer, Univision Television Networks. “Galavisión’s viewership and ratings have skyrocketed since we changed our format from a mix of English and Spanish to all Spanish-language programming, and we expect those increases to continue.”

“Hispanics know they can turn to Galavisión for relevant, in-depth news, the excitement of live soccer and action-packed boxing, hilarious comedy shows and more,” said Joanne Lynch, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Galavisión. “We pride ourselves on providing a live, direct connection to the people, places and events that matter most to Hispanic America. New Programs

Galavisión’s new programming lineup for 2004-2005 will keep viewers connected to their world in more ways than ever.

“Archivos de Más Allá” (“Files From Beyond”) explores the unexplained and leaves audiences wondering what is real and what is beyond comprehension. (Wednesday, 9:00 p.m.)

“La Rochela” (“Comedy Commotion”) and its cast of incredibly talented comedians provide the perfect mix of skits, parodies, impersonations and famous guests. (Thursday, 9:30 p.m.)

“Hasta el Límite” (“To the Limit”), a new reality program presents the challenges of 12 young people in search of the ultimate adventure. (Sunday, 8:00 p.m.)

“Vida Total” (“Total Life”) stars “Primer Impacto” journalist Cecilia Ramirez Harris in an informative health and lifestyle magazine program. (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m.)
