Galavisión will premiere “Moda al Rescate” (Fashion to the Rescue), an inspiring new show that gives a deserving viewer a complete head-to-toe makeover, on Thursday, February 7th at 10pm ET/PT (9pm Central).
“Moda al Rescate” is the first reality/makeover show created specifically for Hispanic audiences. The program focuses on “style-challenged” real people who have recently experienced a life-changing event such as first-time motherhood or starting a new job. Host Dayana Garroz and two professional “fashionistas” go into the viewer’s home armed with wardrobe advice and a wealth of fabulous style tips. Each episode will feature experts on make-up, clothes, hair, accessories, as well as poise and confidence. The result? A fashionable and fun transformation that will give viewers a thoroughly entertaining look at how to not only look their best, but feel their best, too.
“Moda al Rescate” is hosted by international personality Dayana Garroz, who has made a career covering the high profile world of style from the hottest fashion runways to the most glamorous red carpet events. Joining Garroz on the rescue team are noted style coaches Daniel Lombardi and J.R. Martínez, both of whom have worked with numerous celebrities and models in the entertainment and fashion industries.
“We’re extremely excited about the launch of our first makeover and lifestyle program in prime time,” commented Joanne Lynch, Senior Vice President General Manager of Galavisión. “Especially when we can give viewers programming that can directly improve their lives while providing advertisers with a terrific new integration vehicle for connecting with dynamic Hispanic consumers.”
