Garcia joins LatinVox.

Hispanic advertising agency Latinvox announced the addition of Nelson Garcia to its senior management team as Vice President and Media Director.

Mr. Garcia will be responsible for expanding the shop’s media practice, including the rollout of new products and services. He will also be part of a senior team of Latinvox executives guiding the agency’s strategic development, with a focus that will include agency-wide professional development and training, establishing new practice areas, hiring additional key senior talent, and assessing possible strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

As Media Director, Nelson will oversee Latinvox’ media planning and buying staff that currently services clients such as Verizon Wireless and the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Prior to joining Latinvox, Nelson was Vice President and Media Director at Hispanic advertising agency Casanova-Pendrill. Nelson’s additional client experience included working with Johnson & Johnson, Volkswagen, Office Depot, Citibank, Coca Cola and General Mills.
