Georgette Borrego Dulworth named Head of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity at Chrysler Group.

Georgette Borrego Dulworth has been appointed Director of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity, Chrysler Group LLC. Dulworth joins Chrysler Group with twenty years of cross-functional experience in human resources, legal, finance, and corporate administration. She joins Chrysler Group from Cobasys LLC, where she served as General Counsel, managing all legal matters for the company. Dulworth is also the former owner and CEO of Tech-Line Automation, Inc., a certified Michigan minority-owned engineering firm and a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry, including the former DaimlerChrysler.

At Chrysler Group, Dulworth is responsible for overall recruitment of top talent and the management of corporate hiring practices for salaried and hourly personnel. She will also lead Chrysler Group’s Diversity Office to further enhance the Company’s success as a recognized leader in diversity in an increasingly complex, multicultural marketplace. In 2011, Chrysler Group launched its Global Diversity Council which includes Dulworth and members of Chrysler Group’s senior management. Dulworth and the Diversity Council, together with employee representative teams, will continue to advance its relationships with diverse employees, customers and business partners.

Dulworth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Detroit Regional Chamber and is the Committee Chair of the Hispanic community-based program Boys Hope Girls Hope-Detroit. She is also the founding Chairperson of the Centro Mexicano de Michigan.
