Gerdes joins RTM&J.

Atlanta based Real Truth Marketing & Joy announced that Roberto Gerdes joined the company as a Principal Consultant.

Roberto will be leading HISPANIC-ON, an RTM&J Cultural Connections service that helps companies create profitable top-line growth through creating and activating strategic marketing platforms to maximize U.S. Hispanic demand profitably for brands, products and services.

Roberto Gerdes is passionate about Hispanic-On!, saying “Most marketers have yet to fully embrace the opportunity that is the U.S. Hispanic segment. Among those that have, precious few are applying precisely targeted, quantifiable, insight-driven strategic marketing principles to the task. Current segment size and growth trends indicate that if you are not marketing rigorously to Latinos, you are leaving a significant amount of money on the table. Gerdes has extensive expertise in the consumer package good, food and beverage, and Telecom verticals. Prior to joining RTM&J, he was Managing Consultant at Zyman Group in Atlanta, where he founded and led the M2H (Marketing to Hispanics) practice. His engagements included ConAgra Foods, Molson-Coors, The Coca-Cola Company and Cingular Wireless.
