GLR brings Coverage of Torneo Bicentenario

GLR Networks announced its coverage of the Mexican 1st Division Soccer games in Torneo Clausura 2009-2010 – also known as Torneo Bicentenario 2010 -, starting this coming Saturday, January 16th.

GLR Networks’ broadcasts include exclusive radio rights to top Mexican soccer team Chivas de Guadalajara’s and coverage of six more teams: Pachuca, Cruz Azul, Morelia, Santos, Tecos and Puebla.

The tournament starts with three exciting matches:

Broadcasts are delivered by Samuel Jacobo, Hipolito Gamboa and Mario Valadez. Besides commenting on the actual game, our experts also participate in the pre-game, half time and post game shows which include highlights, scores, comments and a look ahead to following games.
 
GLR Networks’ coverage will be carried by more than 60 stations in markets including:
Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Houston, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, San Diego, Fresno, Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, El Paso, Denver, Washington DC, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Orlando, Tampa, Austin, Tucson, Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Bakersfield, Yakima, Colorado Springs, Boise, Amarillo, Riverside-San Bernardino, Santa Maria-Lompoc and Lakeland.

Besides the coverage of the Mexican Soccer league, GLR Networks also expanded and consolidated its Sports content offering with the acquisition of exclusive radio rights for Copa Santander Libertadores and Copa Nissan Sudamericana, and the launch of “Rumbo a Sudáfrica” with Jorge Campos.
