GolTV partners with U.S. Soccer Foundation.

GolTV announced its media partnership with the U.S. Soccer Foundation Passback Program, which provides new and gently used soccer equipment to children in need both within the U.S. and around the world. Through this partnership, GolTV has produced a public service announcement to raise awareness for the initiative, which will be featured on GolTV and partner networks.

“Soccer is the sport that brings the world together, so we teamed up with an amazing organization to enable kids around the world to participate in the sport they love,” said Enzo Francescoli, founder and CEO of GolTV. “Soccer fans and players, young and old, tune-in to watch GolTV, so it is an ideal place to raise awareness and encourage donations of soccer equipment to this excellent program.”

“GolTV gives us a direct window of opportunity to reach our target audience through its network of loyal viewers and soccer fans,” said Courtney Fischer, Passback Program Manager at the U.S. Soccer Foundation. “GolTV shares our passion for soccer, and we are delighted that the network has partnered with us to help children all over the world enjoy the sport that we love.”

In addition to the PSA and complimentary airtime, the network will also air live coverage of U.S. Soccer Foundation fundraising events in the Miami area. To kick-off the partnership, GOL TV will join the Foundation on May 22 for the Foundation’s Annual Passback Tour where over 150 children from America Scores Miami will participate in a soccer skills clinic, led by Miami FC players and local youth coaches.
